Kids and Meditation – the perfect time is now! Really, meditation activities for kids, relaxation meditation for kids and the meditation techniques for kids used don’t differ from what an adult would use. What I am going to share is suitable for children, teenagers and the whole family. Whether you are new to meditating or have been “trying” to meditate for some time, my intention here is to provide you with some simple meditation techniques for beginners from the start to the end of your meditation session.
